It is raining. The first storm of the season. A perfect day for football.
Natalie and Winnie came to the concert last night, stayed for the first half and we celebrated Winnie's 7th birthday at intermission. She was delighted with the Little House of the Prairie series of books, the cookbook from the series and a kid-sized apron. She even showed off another missing tooth! She is truly seven.
I loved having her hear and see an orchestra up close, to feel the vibrations and watch the musicians.
It was fine.
