I was up and out of the house on time for our trip to the gorgeous Indian casino just over an hour north of mom's home. We really had the place to ourselves for a few hours but really, it was so large that we never felt like we were surrounded by people. Nice. We immediately separated then met up at 11:00 for lunch. We had a bad start but got hot around 10:00. After lunch, it was rough again but we both had another run just before leaving. After six hours of playing slot machines, we left about $100 behind to pay part of their light bill. Not bad for so much fun.
We are having Direct TV issues and I spent two hours on the phone with them yesterday after I got home. Two out of three TVs still have issues so a technician is coming on Thursday. I won't be able to attend the rehab class.
Then, I realized that Michael didn't have any good protein for breakfast, other than yogurt, so I made some Mediterranean Deviled Eggs. Besides the yolks, the filling included a bit of mayo, sun-dried tomatoes, Greek olives, basil, Dijon mustard and capers. I just watched him eat two of them and he said they were fantastic. Even made the yummy sound.
So by the time bedtime came around last night, I was snoring within minutes.
Today is rehab class with both my rehab boys. Should be more fun!
